How to get to KLIA/ KLIA 2?

This question is common for the those who travel by flight. To help you here is some guide or alternative to you to get to KLIA/ KLIA 2 either by bus, train or taxi.

1- Get to KLIA / KLIA 2 by bus

Bus is the cheapest way to get to KLIA/ KLIA 2. In Kuala Lumpur this bus you can take at KL sentral and Terminal Bersepadu Selatan. The fare is about RM12 per way which depart every 30 minutes start from early morning to midnight. The journey take about 1 hour and 15 minutes. However, it is advise to take this bus at least 3 hours early from your flight schedule.  

KLIA 2

2- Get to KLIA/ KLIA 2 by train

Train to airport can be divided into two (1) KLIA express and (2) KLIA transit. KLIA express only can be take from KL sentral which direct train to KLIA/ KLIA2. While, KLIA transit you can take either from one of the following station:

i- KL Sental
ii- Bandar Tasik Selatan
iii- Putrajaya and Cyberjaya
iv- Salak Tinggi

The fare is varies depend on the station you depart. For example, from KL sentral to KLIA/KLIA2 the fare is RM55 (adult) and 25 (child) per way per person (Fare details).

3- Get to KLIA/ KLIA 2 by taxi/ Grab/ Uber

Faster but may costly. However, if you get to KLIA/ KLIA2 in a group, this service can be cheap as you can divide the fare among your members. You can take this service from any location depends on your own preferences. This service is available 24 hours per day and 7 days per week.
